These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the ClevSync workforce scheduling platform. By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (Razorpay or Paddle, depending on region). You authorize recurring charges until you cancel through the billing portal in Settings.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless your payment provider acts as merchant of record (Paddle). You are responsible for accurate billing contact details.

We may suspend write access when payment fails after any documented grace period. Read-only access to billing settings remains available so you can update payment method.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use ClevSync in violation of employment or privacy laws applicable to your organization.

You remain the controller of workforce personal data you enter; ClevSync processes it as a processor under your instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds follow the policy of your payment provider and local consumer rules. Contact support for billing disputes.
