Data Processing Agreement (template)

This template DPA forms part of the agreement between the Customer (controller) and ClevSync (processor) for B2B customers in the EU/UK and other jurisdictions requiring a written processor agreement.

Subject matter and duration

Processing of workforce scheduling data for the duration of the subscription and as needed for backup, audit, and legal compliance thereafter as described in the Privacy Policy.

Processor obligations

Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, assist with data subject requests, notify of breaches without undue delay, and maintain sub-processor agreements.

Sub-processors

Customer authorizes use of sub-processors listed in the sub-processor register. We will notify of material changes and offer objection where required by law.

Execution

For enterprise customers, execute a countersigned copy. For self-serve signup, acceptance of the Terms and this DPA at enrollment constitutes agreement.
